Snow Much Fun!

Snow Much Fun!

The recent heavy snowfall brought nearly a foot of fresh, fluffy snow and, with it, the perfect opportunity for some unforgettable winter fun. As soon as school wrapped up on the first snowy day, the kids were buzzing with excitement. Right after school, they piled into the van and took a short trip off campus to make the most of the snow while it was still untouched.

The sledding hill did not disappoint. Steep and fast, it quickly became one of their favorite activities. The kids took turns sledding down, snow flying up around them with every run. Laughter echoed from top to bottom as sleds zipped downhill and kids raced back up for “just one more turn.” The climb back to the top turned into quite the workout for everyone, but it only added to the fun. Bundled in hats and gloves, the kids loved feeling the fluffy snow blow into their faces, making new paths down the hill, sledding as fast and far as they could, and their joy was impossible to miss. It was the kind of afternoon filled with nonstop smiles, red cheeks, and memories being made in real time.

A few days later, winter fun made a return—this time right on campus. With the snow still blanketing the ground, the kids were just as excited for round two. Staying on campus brought a whole new kind of adventure, especially when the Polaris came into play. One by one, the kids hopped on sleds and were pulled across the snowy grounds, and it quickly became the highlight of the day. Cheers, laughter, and big grins followed every ride, and the kids couldn’t wait for their next turn.

Even though the two days looked a little different, both were filled with the same energy, excitement, and sense of togetherness. From loading up the van for an off-campus adventure to laughing on campus just days later, the snow gave us the chance to slow down, play hard, and enjoy being together. By the end of it all, everyone was cold, tired, and happy—a sure sign of a day well spent.

Snow days like these are all about stepping outside of routine, sharing new experiences, and creating moments the kids will remember long after the snow has melted. Last week’s winter adventures gave us exactly that—and we’re already looking forward to the next one.
