Background

     As the Executive Director of New Song Mission, Inc., a non-profit ministry, Bob is now devoting his full-time efforts toward serving
     hurting, impoverished children. Bob and his wife, Lisa (MSW, LCSW), are building a talented team to create a neighborhood for
     children that is unlike any other in the state of Indiana—a privately funded, nurturing place that offers lifelong homes to broken,
     weary children.

     Growing up on the south side of Fort Wayne, Indiana in a fractured family with only sporadic contact with his father, Bob personally
     struggled with some of the same issues of those he now seeks to help heal. His understanding of and compassion toward
     victimized children grew significantly through 15 years of service to hurting young people as a parent, lawyer,
     deputy prosecuting attorney, juvenile probation officer, youth ministry leader, civil attorney and as a senior-level administrator in a
     large and prominent children’s home in northern Indiana.

Family Information

     Bob has been happily married to his wife, Lisa, for 19 years. Together they have four great boys: Nathan, 15, Scott, 12, Thomas, 10,
     and James, 9. Bob enjoys personal time with his wife and boys, helping with the kids home education, strumming the guitar and
     playing the drums, recreational activities of fishing, hiking and coaching his boys’ summer baseball teams, church activities, and
     quiet times with the Lord.
