New Song Mission - Rescuing Children. Providing Families.

New Song Mission Fact Sheet

  • New Song will care for abused and neglected children whose parents may suffer from significant physical, emotional, psychological, or other debilitative issues.
  • New Song will work directly with parents, grandparents, and other caretakers whose kids need long-term care; many of the kids served will likely be headed toward state placement.
  • New Song will also seek to partner with governmental and private agencies which are serving children who need long-term care.
  • New Song will serve Indiana kids, mostly from the south-central and central part of the state.
  • The children coming to live on the New Song campus will generally be K-6th graders. They will be offered long-term care until they transition into college, a trade school, or a career, preventing multiple placements that can further damage them.
  • New Song will offer kids an exceptional education with low student-to-teacher ratios, hands-on learning activities, and opportunities to explore the arts and nature.
  • New Song will remain privately funded, relying on the generosity of supporters who care deeply about children.
  • Upon graduation, New Song students will be linked with caring families in their local communities who will provide them with the ongoing love and support they will need throughout their early adult years.
